HobbEase connects learners with creative tutors. When a course is booked, the student submits a form, which is reviewed by our admin team. We then connect the student with the selected tutor and share the necessary details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old or have parental consent to use HobbEase.

By submitting a booking form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and current.

3. Booking Process

Once a course is booked, the student fills out a form, which is sent to our admin team.

HobbEase facilitates communication between the student and tutor but is not responsible for the content, quality, or outcomes of the lessons.

4. Payments

Payments are processed outside of the platform for now, and students will receive payment instructions upon confirmation.

Tutors set their own rates, and HobbEase acts as an intermediary.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the tutor’s cancellation policy.

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and honest information when booking courses.

Treat tutors and the HobbEase team with respect.

HobbEase reserves the right to deny services to users who engage in inappropriate behavior.

7. Privacy
